Thank you for your interest in AnimeFest. We strive to offer the best con-going experience year after year for everyone involved - from members to dealers to volunteers. By providing you with a great opportunity to sell your products, you can help us provide as many possible options for our members to obtain legitimate J-culture and pop culture merchandise. From anime to live- action, to cells, figures, models, clothes, accessories, and more, our members are always on the lookout for new venues to view and purchase these items.Steps to Register
Registration for Animefest Dealer Room is a two-step process:- Request approval and acknowledge our rules by reading the information packet, initialing all sections where applicable, filling out and signing the request form (last page). E-mail, fax or mail in the completed packet (initialed sections with filled out request form). Do not send in payment with your completed packet.
- Once Dealer Room Management has received your completed packet with request form and checked for availability, if approved, you will be sent a Dealer Registration Form. You will then need to fill out, sign and send in the registration form with full payment to reserve a booth.
Animefest reserves the right to decline a booth request.

Dealer Move In
If you have a car or van the best place to load in is through the connected parking garage. You will need to pay to go in/out, but the second floor of the garage is very close tot he Dealers' Room. This is not an option for trucks as the garage has low clearance. The hotel has a loading dock with room for two vehicles, but one is reserved for delivery vehicles and/or any other groups that might be leaving/arriving during out arrival/departure. AnimeFest staff will be coordinating usage of the dock. Please check-in with dealer room staff and you will be put on the list for the dock.Please feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries, questions, suggestions or concerns.
