A discussion dedicated to attending conventions with physical and mental disabilities. The chaotic nature of these events can be difficult for those with disabilities, but not impossible. Topics will include an introduction of the panelists, their personal challenges and coping mechanisms, common triggers and how to avoid them, the Spoon Theory, and tips for focusing on strengths. The floor will be opened for others to share their experiences.
