Dual Presentation CULTURE
The International Anime Research Project has been studying various aspects of the psychology of anime fans for the past five years. In this year’s panel we’ll cover a variety of research findings from the 2018 survey including topics such as gatekeeping, helping behaviors, and personal values (e.g., hedonism). If you like science and data, or just want to know more about the psychological makeup of the fandom, then this is the panel for you.
