The Art of Embellishment with Casey Renee
Workshop MAKERS
This workshop discusses the basics of Embellishments from rhinestones to “goldwork” embroidery, and is tailored to the knowledge of the participants. Information will also be provided on topics such as where to buy beads to tambour embroidery and more. Attendees will learn how to sew on trim, three bead techniques and rhinestone. Participants will get to leave with a self-embellished fabric headband. The maximum number of participants will be limited to 20, however attendees can observe as long as seating remains.

Casey Renee is an award winning cosplayer who focuses on sewing and sewing techniques. She live streams costume making on Twitch and loves sharing her knowledge with others. Her biggest inspirations come from History, Disney and the occasional fan art.
