Mark Stoddard is a voice actor with almost 70 credited roles. He is best known as Inspector Meguire in Case Closed, Reiji Takayama in Witchblade, Yakushiji Tenzen in Basilisk, Dr. Hiriluk, Jonathan, and others in One Piece, and Dr. Briefs in Dragon Ball Z Kai. He has also voiced characters in Baccano!, Baki the Grappler, Desert Punk, Dragonaut, Fullmetal Alchemist, Gunslinger Girl, Kaze no Stigma, Negima!, Ragnarok The Animation, Romeo X Juliet, The Sacred Blacksmith, Samurai 7, Shiki, Shin Chan, Soul Eater, Speed Grapher, Strike Witches, TO: Elliptical Orbit & Symbiotic Planet, and many others. He can also be heard in the video games Halo Wars, Rage, and The Gunstringer, as well as the English dubs of several live action motion pictures. He is also the narrator of the film Adventures of Bailey: The Lost Puppy. He has lent his voice to many radio and television commercials, industrial films, and documentaries, and is the spokesman for Mahindra USA. He has appeared onscreen in television and film, and has been an accomplished stage actor for over 30 years.
