Standing in the booth, after voicing her first character in Tsubasa: The Reservoir Chronicle in 2008, Terri Doty knew what she wanted to do – make nachos; and that she wanted to keep working in the world of anime.

Since then, she has lent her voice to a multitude of characters, like, Virgo in Fairy Tail, Alice Kiriki in Okami-san & Her Seven Companions, Yoshiki Shimizu (The Blue Ranger) in Level E, Ohara in Deadman Wonderland (which was featured on Toonami), Franky (young) in One Piece, Elio in Last Exile: Fam, the Silver Wing, Tsunami in Fractale, Mako in A Certain Scientific Railgun, Nella in Dance in the Vampire Bund, Maria in Black Butler, Naia in Legend of the Legendary Heroes, & Festum in Fafner: Heaven and Earth, just name a few.

Terri interned at FUNimation Entertainment shortly before graduating college. Then she was offered a job as Voice Director for such shows as Rideback, Corpse Princess, Baka & Test- Summon the Beasts, RIN- Daughters of Mnemosyne[/b], and Big Windup!. She has also written adaptive scripts for Corpse Princess and Initial D: Fourth Stage.

In early 2010, Terri teamed up J. Michael Tatum and Stephen Hoff to start “That Anime Show”, a podcast that occasionally talks about anime among randomness. Colleagues from the industry visit T.A.S. and give listeners an…interesting look into their unpredictable, and often hilarious, lives. That Anime Show is available through thatanimeshow.com and ITunes.
