Dance Party DJs
Melee Max

DJ
We are excited at the return of DJ Melee Max to AnimeFest. Melee Max wowed the crowd at the Sunday night dance at AnimeFest 2014. If you missed it you missed an awesome party. Here is what Max has to say about himself:My love for electronic music started back in 2008 when I was still shuffling at lunch time. I started deejaying around 2009, but didn't get my first turntables until 2011 even since then I have been eejaying at parties and events across the DFW area, and even start producing my own music. My favorite DJ once said" if you have never lost it on the dance floor you can never find it behind the turntables" I have been living by those word ever since bringing the best in electronic from trance to house to even a little dub step!
DJ Melee Max will be spinning for the Saturday night dance at AnimeFest 2015. This will be his second appearance at AnimeFest.

DJ Renzo

DJ
DJ Renzo is a prodigy of Dallas' own KNON 89.3 FM's Latin Energy DJ, and 5 Star DJ, DJ Kane. He has also been mentored by DJ Dave, DJ/KJ Hector, and is a good friend of Malee Max. He is also a current student of School of Scratch, studying turntablism, and music theory under DJ Emma Short-e. DJ Renzo is well versed in many genres of music from Hip Hop to EDM, Trap, Happy Hardcore, Nightcore, and J-Core.I first started DJing in my early teens spinning hip-hop, and dance music. I took some time away from DJing to focus on promoting other local artist, and DJ’s. As fate would have it I found my passion for DJing again thanks to a good friend, and fellow DJ named Hector. Since then I’ve had great support, and mentoring from other well established DJ’s in the DFW, and Houston area. DJ Kane I would say has been the most influential with instilling a passion for EDM. I would have to say that every DJ I’ve had a chance to work with or study has had a positive influence on me. To date I’ve been fortunate enough to DJ venues around the Dallas area, from Trees, Vinty Club, The Quixotic World in Deep Ellum, 3 year residency at Weekends with DJ Hector, and guest hosting with DJ Kane on 89.3 FM.
DJ Renzo will be spinning for the final night of the convention, Sunday.
