Transferring Membership

If you notify us reg@animefest.org by July 31st, 2016 we can transfer your membership to someone for the current year. For security reasons the email must come from the email address on record for the account the membership is currently on. Also please note that we cannot transfer a badge once it has been printed and activated, this includes badges that have been mailed.

The email will need to include:

The transferring member's:
• Name (first and last)
• Member ID Number
• Invoice Number.

The transferee's:
• Name (first and last)
• Badge name
• Email address
• AnimeFest Membership ID Number of the friend to whom they wants to transfer the membership.

To find the member ID number:
Log into the account
Located on the upper right next to your avatar picture will be your User Name
Under the User Name is your Member ID Number
