Where and when can I pick up my badge?
Registration will be located in the rear of the 2nd floor of the Sheraton convention center. Registration will be open during the following hours:
Thursday 7:00pm-10:00pm (lanyard/holder/program pickup for those who opted for mailed badges will open at 6)
Friday 9:30am-9:30pm
Saturday 8:00am-8:00pm
Sunday 9:30am-6:00pm
Monday 9:30am-2:00pm
We will also be holding an early badge pickup event before the convention on July 31st from 10 am to 5pm at the Animefest Club house. The address for the clubhouse is:

What do I need to pick up my badge?
You will need ONE of the following:

[*]A printed copy of your paid AnimeFest invoice
[*]Show us your paid Invoice on your mobile device
[*]Your drivers license, state photo ID, passport or military ID. (School ID’s and Company ID’s will not accepted)

Special Age Requirement: 17 and younger
Children and members 17 years or younger must be accompanied by an 18+ adult at all times. The adult must have valid ID (These include a driver's license, State ID, a passport or military ID).
We ask that you print the adult chaperone’s name and phone number on the back of the badge for emergency reasons.
Can I pickup multiple badges?/Can I pick up my friends' badges?
You may pick up another person's badge but you will need BOTH a printout of their paid Invoice AND a photo-copy of their Picture ID.
Is membership to AnimeFest different than tickets to the convention and do I have to pay separately?
The convention is the annual meeting for AnimeFest members. There is no admission charge, but you must be an AnimeFest member to attend. Membership is open to anyone for a fee. Memberships can be revoked if you violate our rules. Most memberships are annual, but we do offer one day memberships during the convention.

My credit card is not going through, what can I do to still get the pre-reg price?
For some reason certain browsers do not want to hook up to the credit card site and there is nothing we can do about it at this time. There are a few things you can do:
1) print out your invoice and send it in with a check, or money order, postmarked by the published deadline
or
2) after everyone you are registering is in the system, email AnimeFest at reg@animefest.org with a phone number and time we can call you. We can then enter your credit card in while on the phone with you.
What if I don’t want to use credit card?
Email us at reg@animefest.org with your name and member ID. We will give you an invoice #, log into your account print out that invoice and send it in with a check or money order, postmarked by the published price deadline to:

Oops, my check bounced. What now?
It's a bummer, but it happens. You can still come once you pay the bounced check fee of $35.00 and pay the membership fee again.
I lost my emailed receipt of the purchase I made
You can always view your invoices by logging into your AnimeFest account and clicking on "My Account" and then "My Purchases".
When will I receive my ticket?
We don't actually send out paper tickets. We simply use our online database to verify your membership and payment. This helps to reduce costs. To verify that you are on the list, simply login to the site and be sure that your invoice ( "My Account -> My Purchases" ) is marked as paid.
Group Discounts
We do offer a discount on memberships if you buy 10 or more memberships at one time. You will receive a 10% discount on the cost of each membership. Follow the link for intractions Group Discounts
What is your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds. If you contact us before July 15th, we can transfer your membership to someone else. Member Transfer
What is a badge name?
The badge name is the name you’d like to be called while you are at the convention. It can be your full name, a nickname, an anime character’s name, your Xbox or PS handle, etc. Obscenity, vulgarity, slurs regarding sexual preference, race or gender, in any language, will not be tolerated. Please limit your badge name to 20 characters – alpha/numeric characters only please. Any punctuation marks or Japanese characters will not be printed on the badges.
Can I change the name on my badge after I have purchased it?
Yes, you may change your badge name in your AnimeFest account under "Edit Account" until registration prints your badge.
I have just moved and my address does not match what is in my AnimeFest Account. How can I change it?
You may change your address in you AnimeFest Account.
Can I wear my costume while I’m in line?
Yes, but be advised we may ask you to remove any masks if we need to check a photo ID against the real face. We also ask that you have your photo ID and/or your invoice out and ready for us when you step up to the next Customer Service Representative. Please avoid carrying large props in line.
Do I need to wear my badge?
Your badge allows you admittance to all AnimeFest convention activities. It identifies you as a member to the convention and hotel staff. It must be worn visibly and above the waist at all times in convention areas.
