When Apphia Yu (better known as Ayu) was still a baby, her parents volunteered her to play baby Jesus in a local play. Apparently she took to it really well, a fact that her parents have come to regret. You can hear her voice as "Rio Nakamura" in Assassination Classroom, "Chibi Ebisu" in Noragami Aragoto, "Rita" in Rage of Bahamut: Genesis, "Yuzuki Kurebayashi" in WIXOSS, "Airi" / "Gezi" in Robotics;Notes, "Laki" in Fairy Tail, "Saiai Kinuhata" in A Certain Scientific Railgun S, and "Hat Kid" in A Hat in Time. Also other things, but you've got an internet for that. She also served as ADR Director for Assassination Classroom and worked as Assistant ADR Director on Lord Marksman and Vanadis, and WIXOSS.

When she's not doing voicey things, she writes things and people read them. Usually in that order. As head of visual novel group sakevisual, she's written the award-winning Jisei murder mystery series and the otome games RE: Alistair++ and Backstage Pass (available on Steam). She also contributed to Cinders by MoaCube and the Flower Shop series by Winter Wolves. Outside of visual novels, she's lead writer for the art duo Painapple Studio.
