UPDATE 5/6: Invoices are going out for the accepted artists who have passed the public check system, please allow some time for this. After invoicing is finished, wait list will be processed. Thank you for your patience.
STEPS TO REGISTER
1. The 2019 AnimeFest Bizarre Bazaar Application Form will open on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at 8:00 pm CST and will remain open for 7 days or until we receive 200 applications, whichever comes first. During the application window, you must request approval by doing the following: a) read the Bazaar Application Form, b) initial all sections to indicate you agree to abide by our rules, c) completely fill out and electronically sign the request form (last page), and d) submit the form. Your information is automatically entered into our database upon submission. Please note filling out an application does not guarantee you a booth.2. Once the Bizarre Bazaar Manager has received your completed Bazaar Application Form, we will review your application and check for availability. All application review will be completed within one month. If approved, you will be emailed a link to the Bazaar Registration Form. You will have 14 days after receiving the Bazaar Registration Form to fill out, electronically sign, and submit the form. If it is not completed within 14 days, you will forfeit your booth registration. After receiving the completed registration, a Bizarre Bazaar staff member will invoice your booth along with any requested extra badges.
3. You have 14 day from date of invoice to pay in full for booth and provide a valid Texas tax ID. Failure to do both will result in forfeiture of your booth.
You must be 18 years or older to apply.
AnimeFest reserves the right to decline any booth requests.
