Please see the various information below regarding our contests that have forms. Cosplay Runway will be on SATURDAY December 18th at 7:00PM.

Once you have completed your entry and received confirmation of timing arrangements, we will give you details via email regarding check-in at Cosplay HQ prior to your timing arrangement to ensure you still intend to compete. If you do not check-in during times specified, your slot may be forfeited to someone else who is on the waiting list.

Cosplay Runway Form Checklist:

Cosplay Runway Pre-Judging Time Limits:

[*]Novice participants will have up to 4 minutes with the judges.
[*]Intermediate participants will have up to 5 minutes with the judges.
[*]Master participants will have up to 7 minutes with the judges.

The Cosplay Runway pre-judging sessions will take place in Cosplay HQ from 9:00am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 4:30pm on Saturday December 18, 2021. Please note that there may be other entries present for each 30 minute session, but only one entry in the room privately with the judging panel at a time. The mandatory dress rehearsal will take place at 5:00 pm at Main Events

Failure to complete the form accurately could result in delay of processing of your form and being granted your preferred pre-judging time slot.

While no changes are foreseen in regards to the process of the events and sign-up forms, certain circumstances may require changes be made. Any changes will be noted in bold red print.
