Ready to sign-up?

Please see the various information below regarding our contests that have forms. Cosplay will be on SUNDAY July 31st at 6:00PM.

Once you have completed your entry and received confirmation of timing arrangements, we will give you details via email regarding check-in at Cosplay HQ prior to your timing arrangement to ensure you still intend to compete. If you do not check-in during times specified, your slot may be forfeited to someone else who is on the waiting list.

Cosplay Pre-Judging Time Limits:

[*]Novice participants will have up to 4 minutes with the judges.
[*]Intermediate participants will have up to 5 minutes with the judges.
[*]Master participants will have up to 7 minutes with the judges.

The Cosplay Pre-judging sessions will take place in Cosplay HQ

[*] Friday 5:00pm - 8:00pm
[*] Saturday 10:00am - 1:00pm and 2:00pm - 5:00pm
[*] Sunday 11:00am - 1:00pm

Please note that there may be other entries present for each 30 minute session, but only one entry in the room privately with the judging panel at a time. The mandatory dress rehearsal will take place at 5:00 pm at Main Events

Failure to complete the form accurately could result in delay of processing of your form and being granted your preferred pre-judging time slot.

While no changes are foreseen in regards to the process of the events and sign-up forms, certain circumstances may require changes be made. Any changes will be noted in bold red print.
